I have been in real estate over 32 years. I taught Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices for over 16 years.

I have been a Relocation Director and provided relocation services to clients for the last 12 years. I have my LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) Designation, PMN (Performance Management Network) Designation, from Women’s Council of Realtors. Currently I am a Candidate for the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Designation from NAR and also hold a Transnational Referral Certification from NAR. I have been Referral and Relocation Certified by the Women’s Council of Realtors and also hold VIP Relocation Management Designation. I am also working towards my CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) Designation that is awarded by Employee Relocation Council.

I am a member of the California Association of Realtors, Southland Regional Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors Women's Council of Realtors, and Worthwhile Referral Services.

I am on Facebook, Linkin, Plaxo, Perfect Networker, Realtown, Real Estate International and other social networking sites.

I was a Director for the California Association of Realtors for 14 years. I am a active member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, I have served as Chairman and/or Vice Chairman of By-Laws, Education, Equal Opportunity, Finance, Foundation Trustees, Housing Needs, Marketing, MLS, Projects and Events, Nominating, Public Relations and Strategic Planning In 1995 I was awarded the Distinguished Service Award for Realtor Associate.

For over 12 years I have been a member of Women’s Council of Realtors and have served on By-Laws, Nominating, Budget & Finance, Fund Raising, Membership and Newsletter Committees at the local, state and National levels. I have held the offices of President and Membership Vice President for the Simi/Moorpark Chapter of WCR and the office of Membership Vice President for the Conejo Valley Chapter of WCR.
